There are many distractions in today’s world with our electronics taking top priority. (And, yes, we're including ourselves in this statement... as we write this on a laptop, and browse social media via our smartphones.) We talk about recharging our crystals, but how do we recharge our brain? How can we reset our mind to gain clarity on an idea, problem or project?
You're not the only one who feels like they don't have enough time to meditate in their day. Even five minutes can feel like a chore when your schedule is consumed by work and family which is exactly why you deserve that mental break.
Give yourself 30 seconds while you're in the shower or cooking dinner. There's no need to formalize your meditation practice unless you want to. During this time take a mindful breath in, then out. (Some people like to count how long it takes them to inhale and exhale so they remain present.) If a random thought pops up during this time be sure to acknowledge it and let it go.
Continue this practice to help you recharge and banish that brain fog.
There are many crystals each with different properties to help us in our search for focus clarity and enhancement. Some crystals help reduce anxiety while others help us let go of our own self judgment and doubt. Mental clarity and focus are different points on the same crystal.
If you're familiar with chakras, or the primary points of energy throughout your body, your crown and third-eye are next to one another. Their colors are also very similar, including violet (crown) and indigo (third-eye). This makes for an easy tip to remember which crystals you can use during your mental clarity practice. When in doubt, choose a stone that's purple or deep blue.
One of the best ways to incorporate crystals are to holding onto them while meditating, putting them under your pillow or bed or by your beside, even placing them on your desk while you work. Try using a few for focus and balance to see if they make a difference in your world.
Looks like you haven't made a choice yet.
