All returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, first contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to initiate the refund. Once confirmed, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Then, please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return within 7 days from the receipt of your item. Once inspected, we will issue you store credit in the full amount of the item.
